Pattern Info Panel Guide

What the Pattern Info panel shows while you edit — status, fabric, size, source image, and versions.

The Pattern Info panel runs down the right side of the editor. It shows read-only facts about the pattern plus the controls you use while refining it.

Details section

  • Name: click to rename the pattern.
  • Status: a read-only badge showing where the pattern sits in the workflow. When a pattern is part of a service order, staff move this along for you.
  • Fabric type, count, and strands (cross-stitch): set these to match the material you will stitch on. They drive the physical size and the thread estimates in exports.
  • Fabric colour (cross-stitch): the background colour used in previews and exports.
  • My colours: save your own fabric colours for preview only (these are not orderable).
  • Type, stitch size, colours, physical size: a read-only summary of the current pattern.

Source image section

  • Switch between the working copy (with your crop and adjustments) and the original.
  • Zoom or download the source image.
  • Replace image swaps in a new photo; Re-import regenerates the pattern from the source with new settings.

Versions section

  • Save version takes a snapshot you can return to later.
  • Restore an earlier version if a change did not work out.

Progress, deadlines, and tags

Priority, due date, tags, customer, and status changes live in the Edit details dialog on the dashboard, not in this panel. See Managing patterns.
